1° CHAKRA – MULADHARA, nella nostra settimana dedicata a scoprire i 7 Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo nelle antiche tradizioni indiane, collegati ai nostri organi e alle nostre emozioni, ma anche ad altri elementi, come vedremo; sui Chakra si agisce soprattutto con il Reiki, con lo yoga, con le tecniche di meditazione. Muladhara significa Radice, Base. La caratteristica di questo chakra è infatti la Sicurezza. E’ situato nella zona del perineo, tra l’organo genitale e l’ano. A questo chakra sono associate le gonadi, i genitali, le pelvi e l’intestino retto. La sua nota musicale è il Do, mentre il suo colore è il rosso e/o il nero. Pietre e cristalli di 1° chakra sono Ematite, Onice, Ossidiana, Quarzo Affumicato, Magnetite, Agata, Alessandrite. Alcuni aromi che lavorano sul 1° chakra sono il Muschio, il Patchouli e il Sandalo. On the alchemical level, 1st chakra is related to the Moon (in its waning phase) and to Silver.
