3° CHAKRA – MANIPURA, nella nostra settimana dedicata a scoprire i 7 Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo nelle antiche tradizioni indiane, collegati ai nostri organi e alle nostre emozioni, ma anche ad altri elementi; sui Chakra si agisce soprattutto con il Reiki, con lo yoga, con le tecniche di meditazione. Manipura significa Città delle Gemme, ma questo chakra è più comunemente conosciuto come Plesso Solare. Le caratteristiche di questo chakra sono la Volontà e la Consapevolezza Individuale. E’ situato pochi centimetri sopra l’ombelico, la sua energia si estende fino al diaframma. A questo chakra sono associati lo stomaco, il fegato, la cistifellea e le ghiandole surrenali. La sua nota musicale è il MI, mentre il suo colore è il giallo. Pietre e cristalli di 3° chakra sono Ambra, Topazio, Quarzo Citrino, Occhio di Tigre, Pirite. Alcuni aromi che lavorano sul 3° chakra sono la Lavanda e il Bergamotto. A livello alchemico, il 3° chakra è collegato a Venere e al Rame.
3rd CHAKRA – MANIPURA, in this week we’re dedicating to discover the 7 Chakras, the energetic centres of our body in the ancient indian tradition, centres which are linked to our organs and emotions, but also to other elements, as we shall see; one acts on Chakra mainly with Reiki, with yoga, and with meditation techniques. Manipura means City of Gems, but this chakra is most commonly known as Solar Plexus. The characteristics of this chakra are Will and Individual Awareness.It is located few centimeters above the navel, its energy extends up to the diaphragm. Stomach, liver, gallbladder and adrenal glands are related to this chakra. Its musical note is E, and its colour is yellow.3rd chakra’s stones and crystals are Amber, Topaz, Citrine Quartz, Tiger’s Eye, Pyrite. Some fragrances that work well on 3rd chakra are Lavender and Bergamot. On the alchemical level, 3rd chakra is related to Venus and to Copper.
