4° CHAKRA – ANAHATA, nella nostra settimana dedicata a scoprire i 7 Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo nelle antiche tradizioni indiane, collegati ai nostri organi e alle nostre emozioni, ma anche ad altri elementi; sui Chakra si agisce soprattutto con il Reiki, con lo yoga, con le tecniche di meditazione. Anahata significa “Non Colpito”, conosciuto anche come chakra del Cuore. E’ il centro dell’Amore e della Compassione, punto d’incontro fra chakra superiori e chakra inferiori: la fusione di questi crea l’Amore Incondizionato. E’ situato al centro del torace. A questo chakra sono collegati il timo e il cuore, ma anche il sistema circolatorio, il nervo vago e le mani. La sua nota musicale è il FA, e il suo colore è il verde. Pietre e cristalli di 4° chakra sono Quarzo Rosa, Tormalina, Smeraldo e Giada. Un aroma particolarmente indicato per lavorare sul 4° chakra è la Rosa. A livello alchemico, il 4° chakra è collegato al Sole e all’Oro.

Thymus gland and heart are related to this chakra, and so are the blood circulation system, the vagus nerve and the hands. Its musical note is F, its colour is green.4th chakra’s stones and crystals are Rose Quartz, Tourmaline, Emerald, Jade. A particulary recommended fragrance to work well on the 4th chakra is Rose.On the alchemical level, 4th chakra is related to Sun and to Gold.
