Uno dei maggiori problemi del mondo dell’estetica consiste nella difficoltà di far penetrare le sostanze e i principi attivi nei vari strati della pelle. Lo strato più esterno della pelle, detto strato corneo, costituisce una vera barriera di protezione difficilmente penetrabile. Questa barriera ci protegge da fattori ambientali esterni come smog, batteri, temperatura, fumo, ecc., ma crea anche una barriera difficile da oltrepassare per prodotti cosmetici, creme ed altro. Esistono delle apparecchiature in grado di migliorarne la veicolazione, ma purtroppo per alcune sostanze indispensabili nel benessere della pelle, come le vitamine e l’acido ialuronico, anche questi macchinari sono inefficaci. La loro struttura molecolare, con peso molecolare superiore a 200 nm, non gli permette di penetrare all’interno della pelle. One of the greatest problems in the world of aesthetics consists in the difficulty to get chemical compounds and active substances from products through the various skin layers.The most external layer, which is called corneal layer, acts as a true protection barrier, and it is hardly penetrable. This barrier protects us from environmental factors such as pollution, bacterias, temperatures, smoke, and so on, but it also creates kind of a wall that it’s difficult to overcome for cosmetics, creams and the like.There are some devices which are able to improve the conveyance, but unfortunately, for some substances that are necessary for our skin’s health, such as vitamins and hyaluronic acid, even these devices are ineffective. The molecular structure of these substances, with a molecular weight higher than 200 nm, does not allow them to get through skin. The solution we’re proposing is a direct conveyance through micro-holes, practiced on skin thanks to Dermapen, the most modern and cutting-age tool in the field of aesthetics.
