6° CHAKRA – AJNA, nella nostra settimana dedicata a scoprire i 7 Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo nelle antiche tradizioni indiane, collegati ai nostri organi e alle nostre emozioni, ma anche ad altri elementi; sui Chakra si agisce soprattutto con il Reiki, con lo yoga, con le tecniche di meditazione. Ajna significa Autorità, Facoltà Illimitate, è comunemente conosciuto anche con il nome di Terzo Occhio oppure Occhio di Shiva. Le sue caratteristiche sono Introspezione, Sensitività, Chiaroveggenza. E’ situato tra le sopracciglia. A questo chakra sono collegati ipofisi, ipotalamo, la porzione inferiore del cervello, l’occhio sinistro, le orecchie, il naso, il sistema nervoso. La sua nota musicale è il LA, e il suo colore è l’opale. Pietre e cristalli di 6° chakra sono Alessandrite, Ametista, Apatite, Fluorite, Lapis, Perla, Quarzo, Sodalite, Zaffiro. Un aroma particolarmente indicato per lavorare sul 6° chakra è la Menta. A livello alchemico, il 6° chakra è collegato a Giove e allo Stagno.

Ajna means Authority, Unlimited Abilities, and it is commonly known also the Third Eye or the Eye of Shiva. The characteristics of this chakra are Introspection, Sensitivity, Clairvoyance. It is located between the eyebrows. Pituitary gland, hypothalamus, the lower portion of the brain, the left eye, ears, nose, and the nervous system, they’re all related to this chakra.Its musical note is A, its colour is opal. 6th chakra’s stones and crystals are Alexandrite, Amethyst, Apatite, Fluorite, Lapis, Pearl,Quartz, Sodalite, Sapphire. A particularly recommended fragrance to work well on 6th chakra is Mint. On the alchemical level, 6th chakra is related to Jupiter and to Tin.
