7° CHAKRA – SAHASRARA, nella nostra settimana dedicata a scoprire i 7 Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo nelle antiche tradizioni indiane, collegati ai nostri organi e alle nostre emozioni, ma anche ad altri elementi; sui Chakra si agisce soprattutto con il Reiki, con lo yoga, con le tecniche di meditazione. Sahasrara significa “Dai mille petali”, ed è chiamato anche chakra della Corona. La caratteristica di questo chakra è la connessione tra l’Energia Universale e il nostro essere. E’ situato pochi millimetri sopra la parte alta del cranio. A questo chakra sono associati l’occhio destro e l’epifisi (ghiandola pineale). La sua nota musicale è il SI, e il suo colore è il violetto. Pietre e cristalli di 7° chakra sono Diamante, Ametista, Cristallo di Rocca, Celestite, Tormalina Bianca. Un aroma particolarmente indicato per lavorare sul 7° chakra è l’Incenso. A livello alchemico, il 7° chakra è collegato a Saturno e al Piombo.
